Having been involved in martial arts for over 30 years I have experienced energy work in many guises. My wife Jo and I attended your first Healing and Meditation Workshop in January 2009 and found the experience to be very rewarding. The energy generated and shared by so many positive people had to be experienced to be believed. We are unable to be with in person today but we are with you in spirit. Please think of us, and in particular Jo, during your distant healing session.
